Drew Tienken is Sophomore undergraduate student at UConn studying Environmental Science and Political Science on the Pre-Law track. He aims to work for an environmental law firm and ultimately work to influence environmental public policy on the global scale. He also works as a technician and volunteer at an on campus environmental laboratory studying the mechanisms between wetlands botany and carbon sequestration and output. Outside of the academic world Drew spends his time playing the tuba with the UConn marching band and pep bands, traveling around with the basketball teams to play at their games. He also enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors!
