Affiliate Account Request Form | UConn Communication Access and Interpreting Services

Affiliate service providers who work with UConn Communication Access and Interpreting Services (UCIS) on a long-term or on-going basis may require access to institutional resources that are restricted to UConn community members. A temporary NetID and UConn email address will be assigned to affiliates for this purpose. These accounts are sponsored and supervised by the Director of UCIS. Use this form to request an affiliate account.

Affiliates agree to abide by the University’s “Acceptable Use Policy” and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including (but not limited to) the following:
