Affiliate Account Request Form Affiliate service providers who work with University of Connecticut Interpreting Services (UCIS) on a long-term or on-going basis may require access to institutional resources that are restricted to UConn community members. A temporary NetID and UConn email address will be assigned to affiliates for this purpose. These accounts are sponsored and supervised by the Director of UCIS.
